PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PULL STRING IN THE CONDUIT FOR FUTURE NEEDS. GSA HAS SUGGESTED A PATHWAY FOR THE CONDUIT, BUT OTHER OPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
