These Terms (the “Terms of Use”) apply specifically to the public facing Federal Compass web site located at www.federalcompass.com, (collectively, the “Site”). And are governed by Federal Compass Terms and Conditions. The Site is the property of Federal Compass. By SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT YOU CONSENT TO THESE TERMS.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site (the “Content”), including without limitation, video, text, graphics, and downloadable material is protected under United States copyright laws, is subject to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and is owned by Federal Compass. The Content is created specifically for marketing and informational purposes. Any user operating within the defined Acceptable Use will be granted revocable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive right to access to the Content. You acknowledge that you have no rights to the Content, or rights to repurpose, reproduce or sell the Content.

Acceptable Use

The Content has been designed to communicate the capabilities provided through the Federal Compass SaaS product. Federal Compass deems it a violation of these Terms of Use for any Content to be downloaded by an existing or potential competitor. Federal Compass will deem that any visitor: i. Associated with a competitor's domain, ii. Associated with a competitor using a fraudulent domain name, iii. Who has been previously revoked and attempting to avoid detection by assuming an alias, to be in violation of these terms.

Privacy

Any information collected during the submission process to request a download will never be sold or licensed to a third party. More information regarding privacy can be found here.

Enforceability

Federal Compass will view any violation as a potential abuse of intellectual property rights and retains the right to enforce these terms by revoking future access or pursuing legal remedies
