IN ORDER TO PROCEED TO FLIGHT, THE SCEPTOR PROJECT MUST FIRST BE GRANTED APPROVAL TO FLY BY THE AFRC AIRWORTHINESS AND FLIGHT SAFETY REVIEW BOARD (AFSRB). AUTHORITY TO FLY IS GRANTED AFTER THE SCEPTOR PROJECT PRESENTS TO THE BOARD ITS PLAN FOR AIRWORTHINESS AND IS SUBSEQUENTLY AGREED TO BY THE BOARD.
