The purpose of this Order is to procure a subscription to Pitchbook Data, Inc.'s business intelligence data ("Pitchbook Platform") and the Pitchbook Direct Data Feed. Accordingly, 1. This is a firm-fixed price Order for nine (9) standard seats plus one (1) direct data feed seat for DOE for a one-year base subscription period of 9/29/2023 - 9/28/2024, one option year (9/29/2024 - 9/28/2025) that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. 2. The ARPA-E portion is $24,142 and the portion of the other DOE offices is $91,800 for an aggregate firm fixed price amount of $115,942. Additionally, a Contract Line Item is added for Other Direct Costs in the not-to-exceed amount of $17,142. 3.
